Cheyenne

My name is Cheyenne  and I'm a 14 year old horse crazy girl devoted to changing the world! I know it seems like a big task for such a young person but I'm determined. Most of the stuff I do is for animals, horses in paticular. Already I've created a system called the Equine Breeding Certification (EBC) program that would eliminate unwanted horses and uneducated breeders. It would raise the economy, provide jobs, and get the horses the best treatment. I've also started a petition against the reopening of equine slaughter houses in the USA. Both petitions have already gone global with YOUR guys's help! Thank you all so much! I hope to be doing more soon!

About me:
I hope to attend UC Davis and become a large animal veternarian specalizing in equine reproducion within the Arabian horse industry. I also LOVE cows! I've started a buisness of all natural and organic meats and live with my parents on a small farm. We have a family milk cow, a bottel calf, 2 heifers, 2 steers, tons of chickens, 2 cats, 3 dogs, 2 horses, 2 goats, and 2 pigs. I'm crazy about animals, there's some days when I think they just might be better than people. :)

My best friend:
My best friend is China an Arabian show horse given to me for my 13th birthday after breaking her leg and developing an auto immune disease called pemphigus. She inspired me to start these petitions, become a vet, and become a journalist. She's changed my life and proven to many that horses are not just horses. You can find out more about our incredible story by clicking on the "A Horse with a Purpose" link.

Make a Little Difference-
I've started this blog to update all of my supporters on any new petitions that I start and to stay in touch with them. Please let me know if you see anything that you'd like me to look into!

Thanks again so much, I couldn't do it without you guys!!!
